  • How do I return something to you?

    Exchanges and Refunds are valid within 28 days of purchase, please send your return to the bellow address. It is important you include your original invoice or alternatively a cover note with your full name and order number.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes! We offer Standard European (£11) and Standard Worldwide (£13) delivery.

    These will be sent tracked and delivered to you within 15 days.

  • Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

    If you wish to amend an order please drop us an email at as quickly as possible so we can try to alter this for you.

    Please note if left to the next day your item may have already been dispatched, so try and contact as ASAP.

  • How do I exchange an item?

    You can return an item for an exchange within 28 days.

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or for an item of the same price, please return the item to us at:

    and include the original invoice and a note detailing the size or piece you would like to exchange it for.

    If you are wanting to exchange an item for a piece that is a different price, please contact us at as it may be easier for us to issue you a refund and then you order the new piece separately. 

  • Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?

    We don't currently offer a facility to let you know if we will be re-stocking an item. As we like to offer new and exciting pieces, we don't tend to re-stock that many pieces.

    It's always worth keeping an eye on our 'New In' section however just in case!

  • I have an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

    We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items being delivered straight away.

    Please email us at with your name, order number and the incorrect items name.

    We will get back to you as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

  • I'm missing an item from my order, what should i do?
    We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if they will be arriving separately.
    If something is unfortunately missing from your order, please email us immediately at with your name and order number and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. 


  • What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

    We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.

    As soon as you discover a fault please email us at with:

    • The order number
    • The faulty items name
    • Description of the fault

    We will get back to you as quickly as we can to resolve any issues

  • Will my order be charged customs and import charges?

    If you are ordering something to be sent internationally in most cases any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

    You may be charged for this once your order passes through customs, any charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

    We unfortunately have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be as it varies so much country to country. It may be worth contacting your local customs office for current charges before ordering so not to be surprised by any charges you weren't expecting.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard UK Delivery takes 2-4 working days 

    Next Day UK Delivery will be delivered on the next working day

    Standard European Delivery takes up to 15 days

    Standard Worldwide Delivery takes up to 15 days

  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

    If you haven't received your order and it has been over the estimated delivery time please drop us an email at

    Please bare in mind when ordering that European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 15 days to arrive.
